Alex Bloom, President and CEO
As CEO, Mr. Bloom is responsible for setting the company strategy and positioning the business to fully take advantage of the huge growth in the smartphone market. Mr. Bloom has been instrumental in expanding Handango’s distribution channels and forging content partnerships with top media brands. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Mr. Bloom has worked in all facets of the wireless landscape including with carriers, content providers and smartphone app stores in various positions in general management, sales and marketing and product management. Mr. Bloom joined Handango, as vice president of content and international where he oversaw content, international websites and the direct to consumer business. Prior to joining Handango, Mr. Bloom served as the general manager of the Motricity smartphone business where he oversaw the direct to consumer website, channel partnerships, technology development and the customer care divisions of the mobile content solutions and wireless services company. Preceding his tenure with Motricity, Mr. Bloom served 11 years at Verizon Wireless, most recently as the director of content and programming. During his time at Verizon Wireless, he managed the content and programming strategies and operations for all consumer mobile content businesses including BREW, Ringtones, Ringback Tones, VCast Video and Mobile Web. Additionally, Mr. Bloom spent six years in various sales and marketing positions as GTE Wireless, including cutting the first Mobile Web (WAP) content deals for the launch of GTE’s first Mobile Web offering. Mr. Bloom earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Virginia.
As Handango's senior vice president and general manager of channel, Eric Anderson is responsible for driving new and existing business with channel partners, which include wireless operators, device manufacturers, smartphone operating system providers, portals and brand owners. Prior to joining Handango, Mr. Anderson was the vice president of media and entertainment for Ericsson North America. During his tenure years with Ericsson, he held the positions of vice president of marketing, director of service layer sales, and director of mobile Internet consulting. His responsibilities included the oversight of business lines for mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs); transmission service providers; cable mobile convergence; gaming; and content, media and entertainment. Before Ericsson, Mr. Anderson was a senior manager with Accenture at its world headquarters in Northbrook, IL. During his eight years there, he developed and led Accenture's first mobile/wireless data practice. Prior to Accenture, Mr. Anderson served as a regional market manager for General Cellular Corporation for three years and was responsible for developing Rural Service Areas (RSAs) in the Midwest. Mr. Anderson holds a BS degree in marketing and advertising from Ball State University and a MS in information communication sciences from the Center for Information and Communication Sciences, Ball State University.
Kelly Mulroney, Vice President of Consumer Experience Kelly Mulroney joined Handango in the fall of 2006. As the vice president of consumer experience, Ms. Mulroney will focus on the end-to-end experience and design for technology products for all Handango storefronts, including Handango's global direct-to-consumer Web properties, Handango's on-device storefronts and all partner channels. Ms. Mulroney's tenure in technology includes establishing the Dallas information architecture practice for Internet consultancy Worldwide Xceed Group during the early days of e-commerce. With Xceed, Ms. Mulroney guided a site re-design for Hilton Hotels Corporation, which consolidated Hilton's seven consumer brands onto one platform. The re-design and re-launch of the sites helped Hilton win InternetWeek's annual review of the top 100 e-Businesses in 2000. Following Xceed, Ms. Mulroney established an information architecture and usability practice for Dallas-based cell phone and accessories distributor CellStar. Most recently, Ms. Mulroney served as senior director of user experience at Hotels.com. Under her guidance, Hotels.com created a consumer experience design process that brought together excellence in product management, visual design, interactive design and user research. Ms. Mulroney's efforts helped catapult the Hotels.com Web site to one of the coveted top three places in the 2005 Keynote Lodging Industry Benchmark Study. Ms. Mulroney earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Letters from the University of Oxford and a PhD from the University of Virginia.
Anne Crowe, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Anne Crowe joined Handango in May of 2008. As Handango's General Counsel, she is responsible for providing advice and direction on all aspects ofcommercial and contractual matters globally, including distribution, end-user, channel partners, vendor and financing agreements, as well as real estate matters and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Ms. Crowe oversees management of Handango's intellectual property portfolio, manages and directs outside counsel, advises the board of directors and provides employment advice. Most recently, Ms. Crowe spent 14 years at Avnet, Inc., a Fortune 200, NYSE value-added distributor of electronic components and computer products. As senior vice president and deputy general counsel, she led the legal team which supported a six billion dollar global operating group. While at Avnet, she led various significant acquisitions and divestitures to successful conclusions. She also was selected from their top global executives as one of five recipients of Avnet's prestigious 2007 Chairman's Award for overall outstanding performance. Prior to Avnet, Ms. Crowe was in private practice as a partner at Maxwell and Crowe where she handled banking, litigation, insurance, defense, mediation, real estate leasing and general commercial transactions. Ms. Crowe has been active in the Global Technology Distribution Council. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the Texas General Counsel Forum. Ms. Crowe received her B.A. with Honors from Kenyon College and has a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
Naresh Srinivasan, Vice President, Accounting & Finance Naresh Srinivasan joined Handango in Aug 2006. As Handango’s Vice President of Accounting & Finance, his responsibilities include Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgets & Forecast, Audit, Tax, Treasury & Cash Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. His focus is also on analytics that are consistent with overall corporate objectives; driving ethical financial analysis to assess company strategy and operational performance; working with functional and cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and ensure initiatives are in place to meet or exceed plans utilizing a highly data-driven approach. This includes owning all elements of the problem-solving process: data compilation, structured and unstructured analysis, interpretation of results as well as recommendation and presentation. Mr. Srinivasan has nearly 20 yrs of Accounting, Finance and Audit experience in Fortune 500 companies like American Airline, Nokia and the “Big Four” CPA firm of Ernst & Young. He has rich international experience having worked in various countries around the world and backed by an array of international qualifications. Prior to joining Handango, Mr. Srinivasan was in charge of Asset Reporting for over $5 Billion of Nokia’s assets worldwide. Before Nokia, Mr. Srinivasan was Vice President of Finance for Worldwide Flight Services (former subsidiary of American Airlines) where he was responsible for nearly $400 million in revenues, spread across 3 continents and over 100 locations around the world. Mr. Srinivasan holds a CPA license from the State of Texas, MBA from Heriot Watt University, UK, a licensed Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant from India. He is a Certified Business Manager, Certified Risk Professional, Certified Professional Consultant and a Chartered Consultant from USA, Professional National Accountant from Australia and is also a Certified Public Accountant from Hong Kong. Mr. Srinivasan is affiliated with over 10 professional organizations around the world. He is also a published writer for various technical and professional journals and magazines. Naresh and his wife Tushna, have 2 children, Malika and Rohan. |

Breck Morrison, Vice President of Technology Handango
Breck Morrison brings over 12 years of technical and IS leadership experience to Handango. As the Vice President of Technology, Morrison is responsible for Handango’s Technology organization including the Development,Quality Assurance and Operations departments. Morrison previously held the position of Senior Enterprise Architect & Director of Enterprise Applications with Handango, where his main focus was surrounding continuous improvement as well as thought leadership throughout the technology lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and ongoing support.
Having a proven track record in executive leadership of large scale projects, Morrison served as the Program Manager for replacement Distributed Order Management/Point of Sales (POS) system for over 250 company owned sales centers throughout the US and Canada at Dal-Tile Corporation which handles over $1.8 billion in annual revenue.
Morrison’s earlier career highlights include Director of Enterprise Applications at CellStar Corporation, Senior Development Manager at Worldwide Xceed Group, Staff Software Engineer at BancTec and Applications Engineer at Teccor Electronics.
Morrison has an Electrical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University’s College of Engineering and is a recipient of the 2007 Shareholder of the Year, 2007 Rookie of the Year and the 2008 Unleash Potential Award from Handango.

Guy Waitley, General Manager of Devices / Director of Content
Recognized as an influential visionary leader with over 15 years of Wireless experience, Guy Waitley is an integral member of the Handango team. As General Manager of Devices, Waitley manages all business and technical aspects of Handango’s on-device application and catalogs. He is also responsible for Content and Developer relationships, testing, device management, and the Handango Commerce Engine.
Prior to joining Handango Waitley served as Executive Account Director of Wireless Carriers and Handsets at Tele Atlas. Responsible for the sales and business development of location software products and services within the wireless market, Waitley worked closely with Wireless Carriers and Handset Manufacturers worldwide in the business development of mobile content utilizing location capability.
Waitley’s earlier career highlights include Vice President of Brand Management and Wireless Business Development at ATX Group, Associate Director of Business Development and Marketing at Garmin International and Executive Director of Business Development at OnFiber Communications. While at Garmin, one of his responsibilities was to launch Garmin’s line of mobile devices and develop Content relationships for the enhancement of the device offerings. Waitley also served at Sprint for eight years where he climbed from Manger to Director of Business Development and included responsibility for Content and Handset relationships.
Waitley holds a Bacheolor’s degree in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.
